This range of induction heating power units have been developed to incorporate the very latest techniques and industry advances to ensure maximum energy efficiency and system safety.

Edge Hardening of Shear Blades - Edge hardening of shear blades using 40Kw Ultratec RF power unit in a fully automated system complete with hydraulic clamp quenching. Similar units have been used for lopper blades, plane blades, pruner blades, wood chisels, etc. Ultra Tec units are available as part of a Turnkey system or as a standalone unit.
Post Weld Annealing - Self contained unit for welding and post-weld annealing planet gears for lorries. Power is from 30Kw Ultratec RF induction heater.
Induction Forging Railway Rail - 1M section of railway rail heated to 1200°C in 9 minutes using a 500Kw D Type MF induction heater.
